"After weeks of plumbers promising to call out but never turning up, JBL plumbers were at my house the day after my first phone call and had the problem fixed within 2 hours. He was also incredibly polite and explained the issues very simply. Would highly highly recommend 10/10

"Kieran from JBL heating sorted my oil boiler out when it broke down. He's local to Coalisland so I booked him to come back to fit a new shower and replace basin taps, Kieran showed up when he said he would and did a great job, really happy with his work.

"Absolutely brilliant service from Kerian. He replied to my message really quickly and was able to come out promptly, which I really appreciated.
From the minute he arrived, he was so friendly and easy to deal with. He’s clearly very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything properly. Nothing was a problem for him at all, and he went above and beyond to be helpful.
It’s such a relief to find someone reliable, professional, and genuinely nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kerian to anyone and will definitely be using him again in the future!."

"We contacted Kieran, when we had an issues with our WC and taps on a bath, just before Christmas. He came to us very quickly, got all the parts needed, sorted it out and was extremely tidy and professional.
Would highly recommend."

"Kieran called to the house to carry out some repairs but repairs weren't straight forward. That didn't deter Kieran. All repairs were completed professionally with no disruption and areas left clean afterwards.

"Highly reccomend Kieran ,Good customer service and able to find a temporary solution until main issue is fixed ; very fast and able to work.
Flexible to work with and explains the problem when diagnosing the problem and explains in detail before starting the job.
Upfront if the job is difficult or not; and if the parts is easy got , which is nice to know on when to expect job completed.
Kieran was able to tell that there was a fault with the controller which needed replacing which he got the part for me over the weekend and wired and sorted it on the monday . aswell as updated issue about my motorised valve which came with different varieties to see which one fits so it can be ordered and installed promptly."
